There was a time when I lived severed from myself—disconnected from my feminine power, sensuality, and the sweetness of my own joy. For years, I gave pieces of myself away, seeking approval, longing to be seen, and forgetting the vast well of love that was waiting quietly within me.
But pain is a sacred teacher, and the path I walked—though dark—led me to the light. Through years of devotion to yoga, tantra, shamanic ceremonies, and the mysteries of spirit, I learned to transmute my wounds into wisdom, my longing into love, and my pain into power.

ILO, a sonic alchemist blending Eastern and Western soundscapes since 1998, invites you to experience the magic of transformative dance and sacred rituals. From underground beats to intoxicant-free dance culture within the yoga and conscious dance communities, ILO crafts immersive journeys that awaken the heart and liberate the spirit.
As a skilled Ecstatic Dance DJ, facilitator, and ceremony leader, ILO seamlessly bridges ancient traditions with modern technologies. His journey of self-discovery began in 2000, exploring the healing realms of psychedelics, Ashtanga yoga in India, and the transformative power of breath. By 2011, he expanded his practice into shamanistic modalities, organizing plant medicine and sound healing events, and undertaking a life-changing vision quest with the Guarani tribe in Brazil. For ILO, music is the muscle of the soul—a vessel to reach the depths within oneself and foster authentic connection.
In 2022, ILO deepened his expertise by joining the world-renowned Grof Legacy Training, where he began training in Holotropic Breathwork and Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy.
